What this type asks

Four of Biddle’s modules are variations on one demand: be right about small details at speed. Cross Referencing is looking a name up in an alphabetical list and reading the row across correctly. Perceptual Ability is comparing two plate numbers, two addresses or two case numbers and saying whether they match. Numerical Ability is “job related addition, subtraction, and percentages” in “real life scenarios when calculating distances, times, and amounts”. Frequency of Information / Probability Determination is choosing the most likely of several accounts from what you have been told, while ignoring the parts that do not bear on it. What fails these is not difficulty, it is haste — every wrong answer in this set is one a careful reader would not give.
