Is the Wonderlic really 12 minutes?

Yes. Wonderlic’s candidate FAQ describes the timed portion of Wonderlic Select as 12 minutes containing 50 questions, and its sample-questions page says you have “exactly 12 minutes”. The other two sections of Wonderlic Select — personality and motivation — are untimed.

Am I supposed to finish all 50?

No. Wonderlic’s own FAQ says test takers are not expected to complete all the questions in the time allotted. A good session is not a finished one; it is one where the questions you did answer are right.

Can I pause the timer?

Not here, and not on the real test. If you leave the page the session ends.

The 12-minute Wonderlic practice test

Twelve minutes is the whole point. Fifty questions in that time is fourteen seconds each, and Wonderlic says plainly that you are not expected to finish. This page runs that clock — start it when you are ready, and it submits for you when it runs out.
