A 50-question Wonderlic practice test
The full length, not a ten-question sampler. Fifty questions drawn across verbal, numerical and logic items, because the one thing short samplers cannot teach you is how the twelve minutes actually feel across fifty of them.
50-question Wonderlic
50 questions. 12 minutes.
That is 14.4 seconds a question. The clock starts when you press the button and submits the test when it runs out. You will not be told whether an answer was right until the end — that is the point of a timed run.
2 free full-length runs left on this test. Unlimited for $24.99, one payment.
Frequently asked
- How many questions are on the Wonderlic?
- Fifty, in the timed cognitive section. Wonderlic Select adds a 150-item personality section and a 58-item motivation section, both untimed; the whole thing takes most people about 35 minutes.
- Do the questions get harder?
- Wonderlic’s product page says the questions “become increasingly difficult as the test progresses.” This practice test deals its questions in random order, so treat the difficulty curve as something to expect on the day rather than something reproduced here.
- Is a wrong answer worse than a blank one?
- Wonderlic does not say it penalises wrong answers, but it does say guessing is not likely to improve your score and that its scoring weights questions by difficulty and by the effect of guessing. The practical reading: answer what you can work out, and do not spend the last thirty seconds filling in blanks at random.

Untimed sets with the explanation right after each answer — where the timed run tells you what is going wrong, these are where you fix it.
