Is Wonderlic Select different from “the Wonderlic test”?

The timed cognitive section is the same 50-in-12 shape people have always meant by “the Wonderlic”. What Select adds is the two untimed sections and a combined score that Wonderlic weights differently for different jobs.

Can I practise the personality and motivation sections?

There is nothing to practise: they have no correct answers. Wonderlic’s sample page describes the motivation section as ranking activities you would prefer, in sets of three, and the personality section as 150 statements to agree or disagree with. Answer them honestly and spend your preparation time on the timed section.

Wonderlic Select practice test

Wonderlic Select is the current name for the assessment (Wonderlic’s FAQ says “formerly Wonscore”). It has three sections. Two — personality and motivation — are untimed and have no right answers to practise. The third is the 50-question, 12-minute cognitive section, and that is what runs below.
