What this site is

Hiring Test Practice provides practice material — timed practice tests, question sets, explanations and guides — for people who have been asked to sit a pre-employment cognitive test. Using the site means you accept these terms.

Nearly all of it is free, and stays free: every question, every explanation, unlimited untimed practice by section, and 2 full-length timed runs on each test. A one-time licence lifts the limit on full-length timed runs. There is no account and no subscription.

Whose tests these are

Hiring Test Practice is independent practice material and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Criteria Corp or Wonderlic, Inc. CCAT® is a registered trademark of Criteria Corp; Wonderlic® is a registered trademark of Wonderlic, Inc. Test names are used only to describe what this material prepares you for. Every question here is original and none is taken from any actual assessment.

We name the tests to describe what our material prepares you for and to cite the documents our figures come from. That is the whole of the reference: we are not affiliated with either publisher, we do not administer any assessment, and nothing here is an official practice product of anyone.

Whose questions these are

Every question, figure and explanation on this site was written or generated for it. None is taken from an actual assessment, and we have never had access to one. Anyone offering you the real items is either mistaken or breaking an agreement, and material like that is worth less than it looks: it is the pace that is hard, not the questions.

Our questions are provided for personal practice. Please do not reproduce them in bulk or republish them as your own. Linking to any page here is welcome.

Accuracy, and its limits

Facts about the tests on this site carry the publisher document they came from and the date that document was read, and we would rather leave a fact out than guess at it. Even so: publishers change their products and edit their pages without announcement. Where our page and the publisher’s own page disagree, the publisher is right and we are out of date.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not promise that using this site will improve your score or help you get a job, and we publish no pass rate, no score prediction and no guarantee. A score here is a practice signal, not a forecast: the real test is written by someone else, scored by someone else, and read against a bar an employer sets and does not publish.

Not employment or legal advice

Nothing here is advice about your application, your employer, or your rights in a hiring process. If you need an accommodation for a disability, or believe an assessment has been used unlawfully, that is a question for the employer, the publisher, or someone qualified in your jurisdiction — not for a practice site.

If you buy a licence

Premium is a single payment of $24.99, tax included. It is not a subscription: nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. It buys unlimited full-length timed runs on both tests and keeps your score history, and it works on 5 devices.

Payment is taken by Creem, which is the merchant of record for the sale. Creem takes the card, calculates and remits any tax, and issues your receipt; we never see or hold card details. Your licence key is issued by Creem and lives in your own browser — there is no account here to sign into and no record of you on this site.

Because the licence is delivered immediately, you may still ask for a refund within 14 days of buying it, for any reason or none. Write to support@hiringtestpractice.com and we will refund it; the key stops working when we do.

Provided as-is

The site is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, whether you have paid for a licence or not. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use, and any liability we do have is limited to what you paid us.
